ELYRIA, Ohio — Check your tickets! We have a big lottery winner that just hit one of the top prizes up for grabs in the Lucky For Life drawing on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2024.

Ohio Lottery officials say the lucky ticket was sold at the Zip Thru Beverage in Elyria. The winning player matched the five primary numbers -- only missing the top prize for failing to match the Lucky Ball.

Having hit the second-tier prize, Ohio Lottery officials say the winner gets $25,000 a year for life or they can select a one-time payment worth $390,000. The odds of winning this second-tier prize are one in 1,813,028.

So what were the lucky numbers? Here you go: 2, 3, 15, 22, 30 with Lucky Ball 14.

As for the top prize in the game, Lucky For Life’s jackpot pays $1,000 a day for life or a cash option with a one-time payment of $5,750,000. The odds of winning that prize are listed at one in 30,821,472.

Lucky For Life lottery drawings are held daily at 10:35 p.m. Each ticket costs $2.
