Cuyahoga County residents can take advantage of 3 upcoming 'Super Refund Tax' events

The Cuyahoga EITC Coalition is offering free tax preparation and access to other financial resources to residents who earn up to $60,000 annually.

CLEVELAND — Tax season is right around the corner and there's a way for Cuyahoga County residents to file for free and keep your refund. 

The Cuyahoga EITC (earned income tax credit) Coalition is offering free tax preparation and access to other financial resources to residents who earn up to $60,000 annually.

Working in partnership with Cuyahoga County, Key Bank, PNC Bank, Third Federal Savings and Loan, and CHN Housing Partners, the coalition is offering three "Super Refund Tax" events at the following days and locations:

PNC Fairfax Connection

  • Date: Friday, Jan. 26
  • Time: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Address: 8220 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland

St. Ignatius/Key Bank Super Saturday

  • Date: Saturday, Feb. 3
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Address: Rade Dining Hall, 1911 W 30th Street, Cleveland

Cleveland Central Catholic/Third Federal Super Saturday

  • Date: Saturday, Feb. 10
  • Time: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Address: 6550 Baxter Avenue, Cleveland

If you can't make it to the Super Refund Tax events, don't worry. Appointments are available at locations throughout Cuyahoga County. The Coalition has also added mobile tax sites for accessibility and convenience. Again, appointments are required.
