16-year-old arrested for deadly South Brooklyn library shooting

CLEVELAND — Police on Monday announced another arrest in the shooting death of a 19-year-old outside the South Brooklyn branch of the Cleveland Public Library last week.

Police say a 16-year-old was turned in by family to the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Center last week. 

Eighteen-year-old Paul Sender was arrested Sunday night in relation to the crime. According to Cleveland Municipal Court records, Sender is charged with aggravated murder.

The shooting happened last Tuesday, when 19-year-old Brandon Cutnoe, Jr. was shot and killed after an alleged fight at the library.
