4th annual Pride in the CLE brings thousands to Public Square

The event celebrates all people, and encourages visibility and acceptance.

CLEVELAND — Thousands will gather at Public Square this afternoon for the 4th Annual Pride in the CLE, including our own Michael Estime, the emcee of today's event.

A march kicked of at noon at Front Street and West 9th. It ended on the Square with a huge celebration of music, food, activities and live entertainment.

The headliner is Alex Newell from "Glee." Another big name? Nina West, of "RuPaul's Drag Race."

Pride in the CLE March and Festival is described as "a dynamic, inclusive event for people of all ages and it is made possible with the support of the community."
