CLEVELAND — After a brief closure, the Center Street swing bridge in the Flats has reopened as of 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
The bridge was temporarily closed Wednesday morning after a mechanical issue, but officials say repairs have been completed and the bridge is back in service.
The bridge, which connects the East and West banks of the Flats over the Cuyahoga River, was temporarily closed Wednesday morning so repairs could be made.
