BAY VILLAGE, Ohio — Students at Saint Raphael were able to see their kindergarten teacher, Bridget Lyons, on Saturday as she ran by each of their houses.
Lyons was supposed to run in her 10th marathon in Cleveland this year, but since that event has been canceled she opted for this instead.
“I realized it was possible to run to all of their houses and get all of my students involved,” Lyons said. “I haven’t seen them in about 55, 60 days, so I miss them.”
Such a cool way to reconnect with the students!
“What an experience!” Lyons wrote on Instagram after completing her run. “So much love and thanks to all! #IConqueredMyLand #RunCLE.”
