CLEVELAND — Police are investigating after a 13-year-old boy was shot on Cleveland's southeast side late Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say the teem was struck once in the leg and once in the arm sometime around 5:15 p.m. EMS crews are currently at the scene on Jeffries Avenue.
