CLEVELAND — The body of a 15-year-old boy was in a field on Cleveland's east side Thursday.
Officials responded the area of East 105th Street near Garfield Avenue for reports of shots fired on Sept. 30.around 10 p.m. At the scene, police did not locate any victims.
On Thursday, Police responded to the same area, just before 3 p.m., for reports of body in a field.
At the scene, the victim identified as Da'Marion Bannister, was found suffering a gunshot wound to the chest.
According to police, a house nearby has also been struck by gunfire, but it had not been reported.
