NORWALK, Ohio — A 3-year-old girl is dead Wednesday after being fatally struck by a hit-and run driver.
According to reports, four children were playing outside Tuesday near the 100 block of Jefferson Street around 10:40 p.m. when the child was struck. The driver did not stop.
Officials are asking residents to review any surveillance video or Ring light footage for any clues as to who may have committed this crime.
