CLEVELAND — A 57-year-old man is in police custody after allegedly shooting his 21-year-old girlfriend in the face, resulting in her death.
Officials responded to the East 65th Street and Regent Road for reports of a woman shot Wednesday, September 9. At the scene, Officers rendered first aid to the victim, but she was later pronounced dead.
The victim was at her boyfriend's house when the two began arguing, leading to the woman being shot, police report.
The identities of the victim or the suspect have not yet been released. The suspect was taken into custody and no further information has been released at this time.
