CLEVELAND — Police are working to identify an "unknown suspect" who broke into an Akron hair and beauty supply store and stole money and various products.
Police say the man broke into Dakita's Hair and Beauty Supply in the 200 block of East Cuyahoga Falls Avenue on Tuesday, March 19. Officers arrived at the store just before 8 a.m. and saw "signs of forced entry and shattered door glass," the Akron Police Department said in a media release.
The man allegedly stole "various merchandise, including an undisclosed amount of money and hair-related products," police said.
Detectives are working to identify the man, described as approximately 40 to 50 years old. He stands between 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs around 180 to 200 pounds.
