ALLIANCE, Ohio — A suspect is in custody after Alliance police say he was arrested for an attempted kidnapping of a child on Sunday.
While Alliance police haven't released many details, the department posted on Facebook that patrol officers and detectives caught the suspect in Columbiana County.
“The child is safe,” according to Alliance police.
