Authorities offer reward for identification of suspect involved in Cuyahoga Falls bank robbery

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — Cuyahoga Falls police and the FBI are looking for assistance identifying a suspect who robbed a bank located at 2150 State Road on November 1, 2021.

FBI officials say a man wearing a hoodie with the word "obey" on the chest area entered the PNC Bank on State Road and gave a note to the teller indicating that a robbery was underway. Authorities say after committing the crime, he fled on foot without major altercation.

The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5 feet and 9 inches tall and between 20-24 years of age.

No one was injured and police did not disclose how much money was taken.

Authorities are asking anyone with information on the identity of this individual to contact the Cuyahoga Falls Police Department at 330-928-2181 or the Cleveland Division of the FBI at 877-FBI-OHIO.  Tips can remain anonymous and reward money could be available.
