CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio — An investigation is underway after police found a Cleveland Heights woman dead inside her home.
A spokesperson for Cleveland Heights police told 3News that the victim, later identified as 46-year-old Lateisa Crockett, was found on Monday, Oct. 21, in her bedroom at her home on Nela View Road.
According to officials, Crockett suffered a gunshot wound to the face.
Cleveland Heights police are investigating her death as a suspected homicide.
