A woman was carjacked and thrown out of her vehicle in a parking lot at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport on Sunday.

Around 8:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, a female was inside her vehicle parked on the upper roadway, near door six at the state’s largest airport.
Two teenage males approached the female’s car and forced themselves into the automobile with the woman in it. The duo of teenagers began to drive the vehicle away with the female in the SUV.
Soon after, the woman was pushed out of her vehicle and the teenage boys continued to drive away with her car. The female carjacking victim did not suffer serious injuries.
According to a press release, police officers received calls for suspicious males checking out cars earlier on Sunday. The police responded to the teenagers and checked on them earlier, but nothing came out of it.
At this time, detectives are following up on the situation that occurred.
The vehicle is still missing and no arrests have been made in the incident.
The car that was stolen is a 2020 Kia Sportage in a copper color.
