23-year-old Cleveland man wanted for the murder of two brothers: Fugitive of the Week

David Spivey is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's help locating a wanted fugitive. 

A reward is being offered for the arrest of 23-year-old David Spivey. Spivey is wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated murder.

According to reports, it is alleged that Spivey fatally shot two brothers while they were sitting in the driveway of their home in the 16100 block of Walden Avenue in Cleveland on July 30, 2020.

Spivey is described s a 5'8'' tall Black man weighing approximately 130 pounds. His last known address is near the 32000 block of East 14oth Street in Cleveland. 

David Spivey is considered armed and dangerous and if seen, he should not be approached.

Anyone with any information on Spivey or his whereabouts is asked to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or submit a tip online by clicking here.

Those looking to provide tips can remain anonymous and a reward is being offered.
