CLEVELAND — Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) cameras caught a driver going the wrong way on I-480 west in Cleveland just after midnight on Monday, leading to a crash involving another vehicle.
According to the Cleveland Division of Police, a car was heading eastbound in the far left lane on I-480 when it struck another vehicle moving westbound in the far left lane.
Officers arrived at the scene at approximately 12:08 a.m.
Cleveland EMS transported both drivers to area hospitals. Each driver sustained non-life threatening injuries. Both vehicles were towed from the site.
The investigation is ongoing.
