CLEVELAND — EDITOR'S NOTE: The video above previously aired on 3News regarding another suspect that was arrested in the same Euclid homicide.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to a wanted fugitive in Northeastern Ohio.
18-year-old Leroy Billips is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Euclid Police Department after allegedly being involved in a drive-by shooting that killed 13-year-old Marco Toler.
The homicide occurred on Dec. 11, 2021, on Zeman Avenue near East 260th Street in Euclid during the afternoon.
Billips is described as a 5-foot-8-inch Black man weighing approximately 174 pounds.
He was last known to be living in the Euclid and Cleveland, Ohio areas.
In this same case, the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Duane Tra'Ron Jackson as another suspect in the case. Jackson was a standout football player at Benedictine High School.
