CLEVELAND — Hultz failed to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to a 2006 incident in Wayne County for importuning and attempted unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
It's a case of someone using the internet to solicit sex from a minor and now Hultz is a wanted man.
Phillip Hultz is 38, 6 foot 2 inches and weighs 200 lbs. His last known address was in the Cleveland area near the 6100 block of St. Clair Avenue.
