CLEVELAND — Denico Carson has been wanted since the summer of 2019 after failing to appear for charges on three related crimes.
The most serious charges include involuntary manslaughter and more than one drug charge.
Carson is a black male, 28 years old, weighing 240 pounds and standing about 6 feet.
