CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has located 14-year-old Keyshawn Foster.
Foster, 14, was wanted by the Cuyahoga County Juvenille Court for several charges including aggravated murder, discharging a firearm multiple times, felonious assault multiple times, having weapons under disability and carrying a concealed weapon.
He is believed to be associated with a black Ford Eco or Escape that police on multiple pursuit over the weekend.
Foster is described as a 5'4'' tall black teen weighing approximately 135. His last known address is in the 6100 block of Belvidere Avenue in Cleveland.
A reward was offered for Foster's arrest.
