EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — A man was found dead in East Cleveland early Saturday morning, and police are treating the matter as a homicide.
Detectives found the man on the 13400 block Forest Hill Avenue around 5 a.m. after responding to a call for a male down. They did not find any signs of life, and the man was declared dead a short time later at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.
The identity of the man is currently being withheld, pending family notification. The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation was brought in for crime scene assistance.
