New evidence found in double homicide at 'Mr. Cars' on East 185th

Cleveland Police announced Monday, that new evidence was discovered in the double homicide that occurred at Mr. Cars auto dealership on East 185th Street.

Cleveland Police announced Monday, that new evidence was discovered in the double homicide that occurred at Mr. Cars auto dealership on East 185th Street.

According to reports, police believe a bag of keys recovered near Humphrey Park on Friday are connected to the dealership. Also, the dog belonging to the victims was shot and killed on the night of the double homicide. Investigators took the deceased canine to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office in hopes that there may be DNA evidence that could assist in the case. 

Police are also searching for a blue, 2006 Mercedes SL that was stolen from the dealership the night of the homicide.

The owners of Mr. Cars, Trina Kuznik, 45, and her husband Mike Kuznik, 50, were found fatally shot inside the dealership on April 14. Their bodies were found by their 19-year-old son.

Cleveland Police has not identified any suspects in the case at this time. 

Investigators continue to ask the public’s help in identifying the suspects wanted for these crimes.  Anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at 216-623-5464.
