CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is seeking help from the community with capturing a local fugitive.
Thiry-one-year-old Emanual Howard is wanted by the United States Marshals Service and the Cleveland Division of Police for felonious assault.
According to the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force, on March 10, Howard allegedly shot a 46-year-old male, London Brooks, near the 3800th block of East 71st Street in Cleveland, Ohio.
Allegedly, Howard shot Brooks in the arm while Brooks was sitting on the front porch of his residence.
Howard is described as a 6-foot-3-inch black male weighing 250 pounds. His last known address is near the 7500th block of Indiana Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.
At this time, Howard is considered armed and dangerous.
