CLEVELAND — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is seeking the public's help locating a wanted fugitive.
Justin Hubbard, 38, is wanted for being a felon in possession of a firearm and distributing narcotics.
Hubbard is described as a Black male, standing 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 270 pounds. His last known address is near the 6800 block of Worley Ave, Cleveland.
Hubbard is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
