Industrial building fire ruled arson in Orrville: $5,000 reward offered in the case

ORRVILLE, Ohio — A $5,000 reward is now being offered as authorities seek answers in the case of an arson fire that happened at an industrial building in Orrville earlier this month.

The reward money was announced on Friday as the June 12 incident at 429 Westwood Avenue has been ruled arson by the Division of State Fire Marshal’s Fire and Explosion Investigation Bureau.

The Blue Ribbon Arson Committee is offering the reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.

Investigators urge anybody with information to call the State Fire Marshal’s tip line at 800-589-2728.
