BROOKLYN, Ohio — Brooklyn Police have officially charged two men with aggravated robbery for a carjacking that occurred near Ridge Park Square back in October.
According to a police report from Brooklyn PD, Neimiah Jackson and Dylan Miller carjacked a female victim at gunpoint on October 21, outside of the Cold Stone Creamery on Ridge Road in Cleveland.
Jackson and Miller got away with the victim's grey Kia Sorrento as well as her phone and purse- which contained multiple credit cards and personal belongings.
The car was located by police within hours of the assault, and during a traffic stop, the two males took off immediately.
After leading police on a chase for several blocks, the two suspects crashed the victim's car, and Miller took off on foot, leaving Jackson behind. Both suspects successfully evaded arrest.
The pair were later identified during an investigation, along with the help of the victim.
Miller was taken into custody on October 23 by members of the Brooklyn PD, HIDTA task force, and Jackson was located and arrested by Strongsville Police on 12/3/2020.
