The Shaker Heights Police Department is seeking the public's help identifying a man in a suspicious video.
According to police, a resident reported a suspicious vehicle in the area of Ardmore and Fernway Roads on Tuesday around 8 p.m. A White young adult man, between the ages of 18 to 24, was seen inside the vehicle, described as a red, two-door with a loud muffler. The man approached their children, the resident reported.
The driver allegedly asked one of the children if they wanted to get inside the car. The kids ignored the comments and kept walking. The driver then reportedly left the area.
