CANAL FULTON, Ohio — Canal Fulton police are looking for suspects who crashed a car through the front entrance of a gun store and stole various firearms.
The incident took place at the D&D Precision gun store on the 2300 block of South Locust Street at 4:06 a.m. on Tuesday morning. According to Canal Fulton police, four suspects wearing masks entered the store after crashing through the front entrance and stole "numerous" firearms.
Authorities say a Kia Soul that had been stolen from a Canal Fulton residence was used to crash through the building.
The Delong Lures store next to D&D Precision was also damaged in the incident.
In a Facebook post, D&D Precision announced that will be closed until May 2 for repairs. "We would like to say thanks for all the support from the community and law enforcement. We intend to reopen to serve our community starting Tuesday May 2nd," the company wrote.
