TWINSBURG -- Police on Monday announced the arrests of two people for their alleged involvement in a man's death last month.
Michael J. Roth, 30, and Samantha S. Giatron, 30, face multiple felony and misdemeanor charges stemming from the death of 29-year-old David Suster.
Suster was found dead inside a Darrow Road home Aug. 18.
Police say Roth called dispatch to report Suster's death. When officers arrived at the home, they determined that its occupants had made an effort to hide evidence related to how Suster died.
Roth is also accused of providing police with misleading information and removing discriminating evidence from the home to hide in his business, Michael's Cafe, which is located across the street from the home.
Police found a cardboard box containing numerous suspected illegal drugs. More items were found in a dumpster.
Roth is facing 11 charges, including corrupting another with drugs, tampering with evidence, possession of drugs including LSD, cocaine and fentanyl.
Giatron is facing nine charges, including possession of drugs including LSD, fentanyl and MDMA. Roth's bond was set at $20,000.
A toxicology report on Suster's death is pending.
