CLEVELAND — An investigation is underway after two teenagers were shot on Wednesday evening in Cleveland.

Cleveland police say the shooting happened in the 13800 block of Castalia Avenue. Both a 13-year-old and a 16-year-old were taken by EMS to University Hospitals.
