The U.S. Marshals Service is offering up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of 21-year-old Andre McCoy Jr.
McCoy, who is believed to be in the Youngstown area, is suspected to be involved in a home invasion shooting on September 21, 2020 that led to the death of 4-year-old Rowan Sweeney.
Four other adults, including McCoy, were also hurt during the incident. He is now wanted by the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office for multiple charges including aggravated murder, felonious assault, tampering of evidence.
McCoy, is described as a Black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs approximately 215 pounds.
