EUCLID, Ohio — Police have apprehended the person accused of ramming a truck into a Euclid house Tuesday.
The incident happened on East 213th Street.
Euclid Fire Platoon Chief Jay Womack confirmed the driver was fleeing from police in a stolen truck when the crash happened. The suspect started to run away after crashing, but police caught up with them.
Luckily, no one was home at the time of the crash. However, the driver took out a load bearing wall. Crews added some support to protect the house and boarded up the rest.
No other details involving the crash have been released.
