ASHLAND, Ohio — An Ashland Middle School employee has been placed on leave following a report of "alleged inappropriate conduct."
Currently, the report is being investigated in order to ensure the safety of the school community.
"We take these allegations very seriously, and we are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter. The primary objective of this investigation is to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, staff and the entire school community," said Ashland City Schools Superintendent Steve Paramore.
Paramore tells 3News that the employee will remain on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
No other information regarding the situation has been released at this time.
