NEW PHILADELPHIA, Ohio — With high school graduations right around the corner, that means we’re also in the midst of senior prank season!
The 2022 class at New Philadelphia High School took their senior prank in a different direction with a feel-good idea that is getting some love on social media.
The district shared a photo of the situation on Friday morning that explained how each senior brought a flower for the school’s crossing guard, Bobbi Dalpaiz, to show thanks for her compassion and caring.
It was a moment that school officials say brought Dalpaiz to tears.
“Bobbi is an asset to our district, and we are blessed to have her looking out for the safety of our students,” according to a post on the district’s Facebook page. “Way to go Class of 2022 we are so proud of all you have accomplished!”
