Show must go on for the Youth Career Olympics

With schools closed, teens go online to compete in Youth Opportunities Unlimited's job-readiness contest

CLEVELAND — Where there’s a will, there’s a way, and that’s true for the annual Youth Career Olympics program.

Yes, schools are closed statewide, but that didn’t stop Youth Opportunities Unlimited from putting on this annual program, which showcases Northeast Ohio high school students and their readiness for the job market.

WKYC reporter Tiffany Tarpley hosted the kickoff video and more than 250 teens went online during past week to compete. Winners were announced on May 1.
