ELYRIA, Ohio — An Elyria man is facing a rape charge after police say he admitted to raping a juvenile three years ago.
Police received a complaint Thursday from Lorain County Children Services and the Elyria School District regarding a juvenile who was sexually assaulted.
The victim told police he or she had been raped and molested by a friend of a parent, identified as 31-year-old Brian Eady. The victim said the crimes occurred during a three-year period at the victim's home.
When detectives questioned Eady, he admitted to raping the victim three years ago.
Eady was charged with rape and booked into the Lorain County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
