Construction is set to begin at one of Cleveland Clinic's hospitals in Northeast Ohio. A $1 million project will expand and renovate the outpatient services at Euclid Hospital.
“The expansion of outpatient services allows Euclid Hospital to continue to provide patients with high-quality services supported by a robust ambulatory presence that meet the needs of our community,” said Teresa Dews, M.D., president of Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital. “Our goal is to provide care to more patients within our communities.”
This project will allow the creation of 16 examination rooms and two procedural testing suites on the first floor of the facility's R building. Cleveland Clinic officials announced that in 2019, $3.3 million dollars were allocated to the same facility, adding a16-bed senior behavioral health inpatient unit.
Construction on the new million dollar project is set to begin this November and is expected to be completed in January 2022.
Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is known to provide a full spectrum of medical expertise including geriatric care, neuro-rehabilitation, cardiology, digestive health, and additional inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and orthopedic centers.
