31 new coronavirus cases, two deaths confirmed among Cleveland residents

The new cases bring the city's toll to 1, 442 with 50 deaths.

CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Department of Health provided an update on the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the city Tuesday. 

The Department reported 31 new cases of coronavirus and two new fatalities among Cleveland residents. The new cases bring the city's toll to 1, 442 with 50 deaths. 

The deaths include two men in their 40's and 50's. The new cases include both men and women ranging in age from under one year old to their 80s. CDH is working to contact those who may have been in closed contact with the recently diagnosed residents.

As of Tuesday, there are 30,827 confirmed cases and 1,803 fatalities in the State of Ohio.
