As Ohio continues to see its coronavirus (COVID-19) numbers surge, its impact is being felt across the entire state.

At a press briefing on Thursday, Gov. DeWine shared the latest county by county breakdown of the coronavirus' spread across Ohio. And in doing so, Gov. DeWine revealed that all 88 of the state's counties are now to be considered to be "high incidence" in regards to the coronavirus.
Gov. DeWine also noted that the state's lowest current county in regards to the coronavirus, Carroll County, is nearly twice as high as what the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention considers to be "high incidence."
As of Thursday, 68 of Ohio's 88 counties have reached the Level 3 "red" coronavirus risk level of the state's Public Health Advisory System. Two of those counties, Franklin County and Tuscarawas County, are on the watch list to reach Level 4 "purple" -- the highest level on the advisory -- as soon as next week.
Gov. DeWine's press briefing on Thursday comes on the same day that Ohio reported a new record with 7,101 new coronavirus cases. During a statewide address on Wednesday evening, Gov. DeWine announced that he would be reissuing Ohio's mask order, with new requirements for businesses to follow the policy or potentially face punishment. He also said that he would soon be issuing new orders regarding gatherings and activities and would spend the coming weeks evaluating whether to close bars, restaurants, fitness centers and schools.
