Rite-Aid to bring additional COIVD-19 testing sites to Cleveland

Rite Aid now operates more than 300 testing sites across 15 states.

CLEVELAND — Rite Aid is working to provide Coronavirus testing to those in need as the country continues its fight against the disease. 

On Thursday, the drug store chain announced that it would add an addition 39 no-charge COVID-19 drive -through testing sites across 15 states, including Ohio. 

The new testing sites are possible through a partnership with the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Each testing site uses self-swab nasal tests overseen by Rite Aid pharmacists and will operate through the store’s drive-through window. Anyone over the age of 18 and even if you are not exhibiting symptoms can be tested.  

Registration for the tests is required and scheduling for the new locations is now open.
