CLEVELAND — It has now been two days since the election was held, and the nation still does not know who won the 2020 presidential race.

“We’re all learning a valuable lesson right now, and that’s simply just being patient,” says 3News' Austin Love.

For some, the uncertainty of the election is causing stress and anxiety.

Facebook user Roberta Mathias says she’s “more stressed out than ever and terrified for our country.”

On this edition of the On the GO! aftershow, the morning team gets transparent about struggling with anxiety and how to cope.

“Personally, I have anxiety really bad,” says 3News' Jasmine Monroe. “I’ve actually had anxiety throughout this whole pandemic and this election doesn’t make it any better. … I think often times I like to tell people I’m OK and I’m really not.”

Monroe says she’s learning how to be honest with people about her feelings and just recently watched Hollie Strano’s previous stories covering how the always positive meteorologist is learning to deal with her anxiety.

“Just because you’re anxious doesn’t mean you’re not a positive person,” Strano adds. "It took a while for me to become transparent .… It was learning to be OK with not being OK some days.”

Strano went on to share what helps her combat anxiety.
