Smyth says before you hit the snooze button in the morning, try these three exercises to get you going;
Exercise 1: Push ups
Exercise 2: Heel touch
Exercise 3: Split squats

Evening exercise 2: Wall sit
Evening exercise 3: Gate swing
Any of the exercises can be modified. We have examples of how each of these exercises should be performed in the video above.
