On The Go! 3 simple exercise tips for every day and night

A quick way to get yourself in better shape.

CLEVELAND — Fitness goals... We all set them.

Some accomplish them, but for others it's tough to find enough time.

We know you’re always on the go, so to help you stay fit we spoke to expert Kevin Smyth with Fit Cleveland.

“Get your exercise in so you can have the rest of the day to start with that energy.”

Smyth says before you hit the snooze button in the morning, try these three exercises to get you going;

Exercise 1: Push ups

Exercise 2: Heel touch

Exercise 3: Split squats
