The FDA issued a consumer alert about Wen by Chaz Dean Cleansing Conditioning products.There have been 127 reports about hair loss and breakage, balding, itching and rashes.
A class-action lawsuit was also filed against the company last year. The agency will continue to investigate more than 21,000 complaints related to Chaz Dean, Inc. and Guthy Renker, LLC.
