Young cancer survivor throws out first pitch at Cleveland Indians game

A Special Wish Foundation arranged to have Hawken and his family have a free meal at Barrio in Tremont. They were then driven to the game in a limo so he could throw out the first pitch.

It was a special night at Tuesday's Indians-Twins game at Progressive Field.

2-year-old Hawken Hunt threw out the first pitch. At just 7-months-old, he was diagnosed with Burkitt Leukemia, a very aggressive blood cancer. But things seem to be looking up for Hawken.

His dad told us that Hawken spent about six months in the hospital, but has been in remission for over a year now.
