CLEVELAND — On Wednesday's 3News Now with Stephanie Haney, the top headlines include a viral tweet offering free advice from people who have been to therapy and how to stay safe while you're out celebrating this weekend.

Brooklyn author Caroline Moss shared a tweet that read: "If you go to therapy quote tweet this with the best thing you learned at therapy that way everyone else can get free therapy."

It clearly resonated with people, because to date it's been liked more than 45,000 times, retweeted more than 9,000 times and elicited tons of responses packed with useful coping tips, ranging from self care, to handling anxiety and confrontation.

For those who might be out and about tonight, Summit County Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh has sponsored an Arrive Alive program to offer free Lyft and Yellow City Cab rides through Saturday morning.

To help keep everyone safe, Summit County residents can get a Lyft ride for free (up to a $20 value) by using promotional code SCPOTHANK19. You can get a ride worth up to $65 from Yellow City Cab by calling (330) 253-3141 and mentioning "Arrive Alive."

Plus, 3News' Drew Horansky stops by the live stream to talk about episode three of the "Amy Should Be Forty" podcast, focused on the murder of Amy Mihaljevic at the age of 10, 30 years ago.
