EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio — Two East Cleveland police officers have been indicted on multiple charges relating to theft in the office and tampering with evidence in the office.
According to the Cuyahoga County court records, Tyler Mundson and Brian Stoll are accused of the following offenses:
- One count of theft in office
- One county of tampering with evidence
- One count of dereliction of duty
- One count of interfering with civil rights
In the indictment, the dates of all four offenses are listed as "on or about March 31, 2022."
The Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office told 3News, "This is an ongoing investigation. We decline to comment further."
This information comes out just one week after East Cleveland Police Chief Scott Gardner was indicted on multiple charges, including theft and fraud.

Among the charges, Gardner is accused of failing to pay more than $150,000 in taxes between 2014 and 2019.
Following his indictment, Gardner was suspended and placed on administrative leave.
