LAKEWOOD, Ohio — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Otha Montgomery in Lakewood on Tuesday.
The arrest was made after Montgomery was named the Fugitive of the Week by the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force during the week of April 11.
Montgomery was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and Eastlake Police Department for alleged kidnapping, Wickliffe Police Department for aggravated assault and the Painesville Police Department for felonious assault.
At the time of his arrest, Montgomery also had additional warrants out for his arrest from the Willoughby Police Department, Willowick Police Department, Willoughby Hills Police Department, Stark County Sheriff’s Office and Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
