The Akron Marathon Race Series announced that its Health and Fitness Expo will be closed to the public next week.
This announcement comes after they decided to protect the health and safety of those running the Akron Marathon on Saturday, Sept 25.
Only those who are registered runners picking up their packets will be allowed into the Akron Marathon Health and Fitness Expo.
The private expo will take place on Friday, Sept 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the John S. Knight Center in Akron.
Runners can speak with dozens of local, regional and national vendors exhibiting at the pre-race expo. Official race merchandise will also be available at the expo.
