CLEVELAND — A Swensons location in Akron is closed Sunday after a car crashed into the building late Saturday night, the drive-in restaurant chain said.
According to a Facebook post by Swensons, the crash happened at its West Akron location on South Hawkins Avenue. Swensons said there were no "major injuries" to any of its employees.
The location is closed on Sunday, but West Akron customers won't be without access to Galley Boys for longer than that. Starting on Monday, the restaurant's food truck will be serving from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day until the building is ready to reopen.
